Single Unit Franchise: |
For those who want to share the dream and operate a single location. The Initial Fees for a single unit are a $10,000 Territory Reservation Fee + $15,000 Franchise Fee totaling $25,000. In addition to Initial Fees franchisees pay ongoing fees as described in Cost Information |
Multi Unit Franchise:

As a Multi Unit Franchisee you license the rights to open a pre-determined number of franchise locations within a specific area and time frame. Initial Fees for a Multi Unit franchise |
are a $10,000 Territory Reservation Fee per location + $15,000 Franchise Fee for your first location. |
For example, Initial Fees for a 3 location territory would be: |

The $15,000 franchise fee for subsequent locations is payable when you sign the lease for |
each location.
Area Developer Agent: |
As an Area Developer Agent you license the rights to develop a large geographic area. |
If you qualify to serve as an Area Developer, you will sign our Development Agent Agreement and pay us Development Agent fee. You must own and operate at least one “WHATA LOTTA Pizza Restaurant” which will be located within the Development Area. You will be required to offer and sell franchises and service those franchisees located in your Development Area. The Area Developer will pay the normal initial franchise fee for that WHATA LOTTA Pizza Restaurant and sign a Franchise Agreement. This initial franchise fee will be in addition to the Area Developer fee. |
As an Area Developer you have the following responsibilities: (i) screen and qualify prospective franchisees and advertise locally for new franchisees; (ii) provide initial and ongoing training, re-training and support for the franchisees located within the Development Area; and (iii) assist the franchisor in monitoring the progress and performance of each franchisee operating within your Development Area. |
You receive a percentage of the Initial Fees paid by each franchisee located within the Development Area and will receive a percentage of the royalty paid to us by each franchisee located within the your Development Area. |
While Multi-unit QSR management experience is preferred, to qualify as an Area Developer you must demonstrate that you have the financial ability to develop your area, demonstrate the skills or have a successful background in business, sales and management. |
